Large, urban libraries face challenges different than smaller, rural libraries. The St. Charles City-County Library in Missouri will discuss the challenges and opportunities of implementing and operating the library telescope program in a multi-branch library system, and the important role that the Astronomical Society of Eastern Missouri has played in making the program a success.
